cancellation Policy

If for any reason you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours before your appointment in order to transfer your deposit to another date. No refunds.

deposit

For all PMU procedures a non refundable deposit of £60 is required to secure your booking. It is deducted from your treatment total on the day of your appointment.

In the case of rescheduling an appointment the deposit can be transferred to a new date if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. In the case of a rescheduled appointment outwith the term time a new deposit will be required to secure your new booking. No refunds.

A deposit of £10 is required to secure all Lash Lift & Tint treatments. The same rescheduling and cancellation rules apply as above.

 

Top up policy

For all PMU treatments a 5 or 6 week top up appointment is required to complete the treatemnt. If the top up is taken after this time it may affect the pigment retention and can result in loss of pigment and/ or shape, therefore it is important to attend your top up appointment. Results may be compromised if top up is taken after 5 week mark and if top up is taken after 10 weeks a further top up fee may be required, the amount will depend on how much time will be needed to complete your treatment. If you know you are unable to take your top up appointment at the 5 week mark please let us know during your consultation.

For Microblading/ Eyebrow clients:

Annual top up appointments are for Brows by Femi clients only. If you have had PMU done elsewhere and require an annual top up from us then the treatment will be charged at full price. Annual top ups thereafter will be charged at our annual top up price.

For Eye PMU clients:

Top up must be done 6 to 8 weeks from the original appointment. The same top up rules apply as above.

Top Up prices apply to Brows by Femi clients only. If you have had your brows done elsewhere by another Artist, please arrange a consultation to see if its possible to cover up old PMU.

 

right of refusal

Brows by Femi is a safe, non judgmental space. Everyone is welcome but if you are verbally or physically abusive, use discriminatory language or bring bad energy to the studio we have the right to refuse treatment to any person at any time. This applies even if you have had treatment by us before.

 

payments

Payment can be made to Brows by Femi by Cash or Bank Transfer only. If you require to pay by any other means please discuss this during your consultation.

Deposit fees must be paid within 48 hours of booking your treatment in order to hold your preferred treatment date/time. Your booking isn’t secure without it, non payment of this will result in your preferred treatment date/time being given away.

To spread the cost of your PMU treatments the balances due are split over the two treatments (initial and top up).

Example:

  • £60 deposit

  • £240 on day of 1st treatment

  • £100 on day of 2nd treatment

Arivals and Lateness

It is recommended to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive early please take a seat in reception on 1st floor and wait for Femi to collect you. Please do not disturb the client who may be in before you. If you arrive late then we have the right to refuse treatment and your deposit will be kept or your services will be modified to fit into your remaining time slot and charged at the full price of the service.
